Birdsong is a UK-based clothing label renowned for its ethical and sustainable fashion practices. Prioritising women's empowerment and fair wages, the brand produces unique, handmade garments through collaborations with women's groups and local artisans. Emphasising inclusivity and body positivity, Birdsong is a certified B-Corp that represents a movement towards transparent, environmentally responsible, and community-focused fashion.

I consulted on their social media and newsletter strategy, developing plans to enhance their online presence and engagement. My role involved creating content calendars, crafting compelling and brand-aligned messaging, and analysing performance metrics to refine and optimise our approach. I focused on storytelling, highlighting the unique stories behind Birdsong's garments and the artisans who make them, thus fostering a deeper connection with our audience. Additionally, I strategised on email marketing campaigns, designing newsletters that not only showcase new collections but also educated subscribers about the importance of ethical fashion practices.
