There is need - and demand - for a comprehensive investment solution which takes impact and returns seriously. Snowball was created to make this type of investing available to everyone.
Internally, I refined the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to foster stronger relationships and more effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Externally, my responsibilities extended to key communication initiatives, one of which was the production of the Snowball Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM was a significant event, serving as a platform for communicating Snowball’s achievements, impact, and future plans to stakeholders, and reinforcing their confidence in the company’s mission and strategies. Additionally, I worked on enhancing the organisation’s digital presence through the management and updating of the website. This involved ensuring that online content accurately reflected Snowball’s values, mission, and impact, thereby strengthening the brand and facilitating greater engagement with the audience.
Overall, my contributions at Snowball were aimed at strengthening the bridge between its values-driven investment approach and diverse group of stakeholders, ensuring transparency, engagement, and the continual growth of its impact in the investment world.
